What is Fall Protection Training?

Course Content
The Fall Protection Course covers both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice. Participants will learn how to recognize fall hazards, calculate fall distances, and properly select and use fall protection equipment. Instruction includes harness inspection, lanyard and anchor point use, energy absorbers, and rescue planning. We also review regulatory requirements and employer responsibilities for maintaining a safe work environment. Trainees will practice donning, adjusting, and using harness systems correctly, ensuring they are confident in real-world applications. By combining classroom learning with practical exercises, our Working at Heights Training prepares participants to not only pass certification but also to apply safety techniques effectively on the job.
