Course Content
This Fall Protection Course provides a mix of theoretical instruction and practical exercises. Participants will learn to identify fall hazards, calculate fall distances, and select the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for the job. Instruction includes harness inspection, lanyard use, anchor points, and energy-absorbing devices. The course also emphasizes rescue planning, employer responsibilities, and regulatory standards. Hands-on training ensures participants know how to correctly don and adjust harness systems, giving them confidence in real-world applications. By combining classroom discussion with practice, our Working at Heights Training goes beyond compliance to ensure participants can apply what they learn effectively.
