Learn at your workplace
Clockwork Training offers complete forklift training courses done at your workplace. Workers learn forklift training on the machines they use on a daily basis.
Course structure
Our forklift training courses are divided into 4 phases. Upon successful completion, every trainee receives wallet card certification. The workbook and supplementary handouts are provided to all trainees at the start of the class.
phase 1 theory portion
Trainees are guided through a comprehensive and interactive review of the forklift operators’ workbook covering rules and regulations, safety, and more.
Phase 2 theory evaluation
Upon completion of theory training, trainees will take a knowledge review test consisting of multiple choice, true/false and essay-type questions. These tests are graded, returned to the trainees, and then reviewed to ensure proper information retention. A minimum score of 0% is required to pass the theory portion.
Phase 3 Practical training
Trainees are shown the pre-use inspection, machine controls, and safe operating procedures and are then given the opportunity to practice under the supervision of the program trainer.
phase 5 Practical evaluation
Trainees are assessed as having reached a minimum skill level and then individually evaluated using the equipment in a series of skill-reinforcing scenarios. Trainees review their performance with the instructor and are given an opportunity to address any issues they may have.
